Larry Ellison Charts a Course for the Future of Cloud

Mon, 2018-10-22 16:01
Press Release
Larry Ellison Charts a Course for the Future of Cloud Oracle delivers Gen 2 Cloud for the enterprise with autonomous capabilities, unrivaled security, and big performance and cost advantages

Oracle OpenWorld, San Francisco, Calif.—Oct 22, 2018

Oracle's Larry Ellison says Gen 2 Cloud is a highly secure platform for the enterprise.

Oracle's Larry Ellison says Gen 2 Cloud is a highly secure platform for the enterprise.

In the opening keynote at Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison shared his vision for a second-generation cloud that is purpose built for the enterprise and more technologically advanced and secure than any cloud on the market.

While first generation clouds are built on decade old technology, Oracle’s Gen 2 Cloud is built specifically to help enterprises run the most demanding workloads securely. With a unique architecture and capabilities, Oracle Cloud is able to deliver unmatched security, performance, and cost savings. Additionally, only Oracle Gen 2 Cloud is built to run Oracle Autonomous Database, the industry’s first and only self-driving database.

The foundation for Oracle’s Gen 2 Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is designed to run any enterprise workload securely. Oracle’s modern IaaS offers native support for Oracle Autonomous Database and delivers new levels of security from core to edge to protect critical data.

Ellison spoke at length about the current state of the cyber defense, which he said, “is just not good enough.” To address that paramount issue, he announced new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security services that are highly automated, detective and predictive to help remediate threats. Reinforcing Oracle Cloud’s unmatched security, Ellison illustrated how Oracle Autonomous Database uniquely scans for security threats and applies security updates while running to help prevent cyberattacks and data theft.

embedBrightcove('responsive', false, 'single', '5850515741001');

Oracle founder Larry Ellison explains how the revolutionary Autonomous Database Cloud keeps your data safe.

He also discussed Oracle Autonomous Database, the world’s most popular and technologically advanced database. Revolutionizing data management, Oracle Autonomous Database manages, tunes and patches itself, enabling users to innovate faster on a highly secure platform that allows users to pay for only what they use.

Extending Oracle’s autonomous database capabilities, Ellison previewed new deployment options, including dedicated Exadata Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud at Customer. Customers can choose to deploy their Autonomous Database on Dedicated Exadata Cloud Infrastructure for workload isolation to enable even greater security and reliability for mission-critical workloads. Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud at Customer is ideal for customers who choose not to move to a public cloud because of regulatory requirements but want the benefits of Oracle Autonomous Database in their own data center.

Ellison also shared benchmark test results during short demonstrations that highlighted the huge performance gap between Oracle and Amazon. The benchmarks compared Oracle Autonomous Database against key offerings from Amazon: Oracle Database running on Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Aurora, and Amazon Redshift. The direct comparisons also showed Oracle Autonomous Database’s ability to continue running without interruption during database updates, highlighting the difference between Amazon’s 99.95 percent reliability and availability SLAs, which exclude most sources of unplanned and planned downtime, and Oracle’s 99.995 percent SLA guarantees.

Quotes from Ellison’s keynote:
  • “The design goal of Oracle’s Gen 2 Cloud is one secure platform to run everything. It’s easy to say, very hard to do, to build a secure cloud. It required a fundamental re-architecture of our cloud.”
  • “We’ve used a lot of the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning to find threats. You’re not fighting with both hands tied behind your back anymore.”
  • “Our goal has always been as we move from one generation of computing to the next, to protect your investment in data and applications and make it easy to lift and move that into the next generation. We did that with Gen 2 Cloud.”
  • “With Oracle Autonomous Database, there is nothing to learn and nothing to do, which makes it really easy to use. Developers are more productive, they bring up new applications, they do a better job of analyzing data. Your system is more reliable. It never goes down.”

Mon, 2018-10-22 11:02
Press Release
Oracle Arms Organizations with a Better Way to Build Subscription Business Models Innovative end-to-end subscription management solution enables organizations across industries to create new revenue streams

Oracle OpenWorld, San Francisco, Calif.—Oct 22, 2018

To enable businesses in any industry to adapt to changing buyer behavior and embrace subscription business models, Oracle today announced Oracle Subscription Management. By integrating front and back office business processes on one platform, Oracle Subscription Management allows organizations to build predictable, recurring revenue models by providing an end-to-end subscription solution that manages billing and revenue recognition and also informs customer-facing personnel with a complete view of purchasing behavior.

Oracle Subscription Management

Oracle Subscription Management arms organizations with a better way to build subscription business models.

“With technology now woven into every facet of society, it has not just changed our expectations, but re-wired our brains and altered our values,” said Rondy Ng, SVP Application Development, Oracle. “Today’s consumers value freedom, choice, convenience and flexibility over permanence, stability and certainty. This shifting value set is fundamentally changing buying behavior across industries. To help our customers successfully navigate these changes, we are introducing an end-to-end subscription management solution that builds on our strength in ERP and customer experience management. This uniquely positions Oracle to support hybrid product and subscription business models on the same platform.”

Flexibility, choice and immediacy are now table stakes for both business and consumer buyers. As a result, the very notion of ownership is being questioned. This is forcing organizations across industries to rethink established business models to accommodate changing buyer behavior and new consumption models. To help organizations embrace these changes and meet shifting buyer demands, Oracle Subscription Management supports end-to-end subscription experiences that span sales, service, fulfillment, invoicing, revenue recognition, customer success, satisfaction and renewals.

With the addition of Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle enables organizations to operate hybrid product and service/subscription business models on the same platform. This allows organizations in all industries to embrace new consumption models to generate additional revenue from goods and services. The innovative new subscription management solution enables organizations to:

  • Support Subscriptions Across All Customer Touchpoints: Omnichannel support provides renewal specialists, service agents, sales reps and customers with a consistent subscription experience.

  • Increase Subscription Revenues Through Powerful Customer Insights: Rich analytics and reporting tools provide a full view of customer programs through a single view of key KPIs and powerful analytics to optimize funnel conversion. In addition, continuous insights help drive new deal activity by empowering agents to initiate, upgrade, terminate and co-term customers.

  • Orchestrate the Full Customer Lifecycle: Unified front and back office processes—from outbound communication to renewals and charges—provide powerful insights into new deal activity, opportunities and buying habits. In addition, customers can support full revenue recognition within core ERP systems, calculate complex and recurring pricing models, and simplify the management of mixed order with recurring services and physical products.

With the industry’s broadest, deepest and fastest growing suite of applications, which includes the world’s #1 ERP cloud platform and a complete suite of customer experience applications, Oracle is uniquely positioned to help organizations embrace subscription business models by supporting end-to-end business processes from order to cash.

Oracle Helps Brands Eliminate Customer Blind Spots

Mon, 2018-10-22 11:01
Press Release
Oracle Helps Brands Eliminate Customer Blind Spots Oracle CX Unity provides comprehensive view into customer interactions across channels and applications

Oracle OpenWorld, San Francisco, Calif.—Oct 22, 2018

Oracle delivers true customer understanding.

Oracle today announced Oracle CX Unity, a unique approach to managing customer data that enables organizations to deliver an experience that is timely, relevant, and consistent across known and unknown interactions. Existing approaches are built around the idea of a linear “customer journey” and simply focus on integrating sales, marketing, and customer service applications. Oracle CX Unity provides brands with powerful and actionable insights in context, in motion and in real time across the entire customer experience.

“For too long the technology industry has focused on the idea of a static and predictable customer journey. That has to change if we are going to truly understand the customer experience,” said Rob Tarkoff, EVP and GM, Oracle CX Cloud. “That change starts with recognizing that customer interactions are unpredictable and that there is no such thing as a fixed, 360-degree view of the customer. Today’s consumers are fickle and nomadic, and as a result, data and insights are constantly in motion. That’s why we are taking a unique, data-first approach that can help brands eliminate their blind spots and make every customer interaction matter.”

Today, choice and immediacy are requirements for every business, whether B2C or B2B. Consumers expect things to happen seamlessly on their own terms, whenever and however they want. And expectations are not only increasing, but are also in constant flux—what is expected varies from person to person and from moment to moment. To help brands understand these expectations and deliver the flexibility, choice, and immediacy that are now table stakes for both business and consumer buyers, Oracle CX Unity connects all customer data together in context, in motion, and in real time to help ensure that each and every customer interaction is data driven.

“The fact that so many organizations understand the importance of CX to the brand, but are unable to deliver outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations is indicative of the growing need for fresh approaches to delivering more positive outcomes for customers,” Augie Ray, research director at Gartner.*

Oracle CX Unity brings together online, offline, and third-party customer data sources to create a single and dynamic view of the customer. This unique data fabric provides a fast and easy way to bring together customer data from across the entire organization and applies built-in machine learning to prescribe the optimal experience within existing business processes. By connecting data, intelligence, and experiences across known and unknown interactions, Oracle CX Unity helps organizations increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and grow customer lifetime value.

Oracle CX Unity is pre-integrated with Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud to enable intelligence to be applied across every customer touchpoint. Oracle CX Cloud is an integrated set of applications which empower organizations to take a smarter approach to customer experience management and business transformation initiatives. By providing a trusted business platform that connects data, experiences, and outcomes, Oracle CX Cloud helps customers reduce IT complexity, deliver innovative customer experiences, and achieve predictable and tangible business results.

Oracle Launches New Data Cloud Solution for B2B Marketers

Mon, 2018-10-22 11:00
Press Release
Oracle Launches New Data Cloud Solution for B2B Marketers New service enables 1.5M small and mid-size businesses to tailor B2B marketing across 48 industry and sub-industry segments

Oracle OpenWorld, San Francisco, Calif.—Oct 22, 2018

Oracle Data Cloud today launched a new SMB data solution that helps B2B marketers reach over 115 million IDs at more than 1.5 million small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with effective digital campaigns. The new solution enables account-based marketing (ABM) for sales outreach to contacts at small and mid-size businesses across 48 industry and sub-industry segments, offering similar outreach tools to those used by larger organizations.

“Most data and tools for digital B2B marketing have focused on large companies while ignoring the millions of smaller companies who make up the vast majority of US businesses,” said Niraj Deo, vice president, product & data Strategy, Oracle Data Cloud. “This SMB data solution levels the playing field for B2B marketers so they can identify, reach, and manage their sales and marketing programs for both large organizations and the smaller businesses who can drive their growth. By combining their own CRM data with Oracle’s syndicated and custom segments, B2B marketers can use advanced account-based marketing capabilities for this massive, but underserved, universe of SMBs.”

Using Oracle Data Cloud’s (ODC) SMB solution, B2B marketers can build digital audiences to match their marketing goals and business needs, based on criteria ranging from number of employees to financial risk profiles, growth patterns, accepted payments, ecommerce capabilities, and past purchases.

“Cisco has a strong focus on enabling SMBs in their digital transformation initiatives; this is a key pillar of our marketing and sales programs,” said Alex Montuschi, global audience manager of Cisco Corporation. “As we innovate and create offerings meant for SMBs, we see increasing need to reach SMBs already in our CRM systems, and such capabilities will help us increase our reach across small as well as large accounts.”

The SMB data solution launched today by Oracle Data Cloud includes:

  • Self-Service Syndicated SMB Audiences: Marketers of all sizes can use Oracle Data Cloud’s data marketplace to build their ideal SMB audiences at scale, then activate those audiences across every major platform and the open web.
  • Custom SMB Audience Capabilities: Enterprise B2B marketers can build custom SMB audiences by onboarding their own first-party data or CRM files, then use Oracle data to find other relevant contacts at the same companies. By integrating this data into their digital marketing efforts, B2B marketers can use the same powerful ABM tools for outreach to both large companies and smaller businesses.
  • SMB Digital Channel Marketing: Marketers can maximize their returns on partner market development funds that are spent on joint SMB marketing campaigns by utilizing Oracle’s Data Management Platform (DMP), digital channel marketing capabilities and custom SMB audiences.

“We are excited to partner with ODC on its new SMB solution. ODC has enabled unique use cases based on our commercial data capabilities, which in turn, will help marketers launch successful SMB programs,” said Krista Panoff, vice president, digital partnerships & business development, Transunion.

Oracle’s SMB solution is designed to meet the needs of B2B marketers in major industries, including retail, automotive, consumer packaged goods, financial services, technology, telecommunications, and manufacturing. The foundation for Oracle Data Cloud’s new SMB solution is its existing B2B audience marketplace, the industry’s largest source of B2B data. Also it uses the Oracle ID Graph, a unified identify platform, to help make programmatic and data-driven B2B marketing easier.

“Our research shows that B2B buyers, including those in SMB segments, leverage digital interactions throughout the buying decision process,” said Christina McKeon of leading industry analyst firm SiriusDecisions. “SMBs typically look for offerings that are easy to buy and maintain. To align to these requirements, it's critical that B2B marketers identify the right organizations to market in order to grow their existing SMB customer base, as well as prospect to new customers. Additionally, over 60 percent of B2B organizations report that 11 to 30 percent of their overall marketing budget is dedicated to channel marketing. We often see B2B organizations leverage their channel partners to target specific markets, such as SMB, to support scale and/or take advantage of a partner’s expertise in a specific market.”

The report also cites Oracle’s substantial investment in “data as a differentiator,” noting that “Oracle aims to help its customers create consistent, compelling and connected experiences for customers and believes a data-first approach is the best way to deliver on that vision.”

“Marketing automation is growing at unprecedented rates as CMOs are asked to drive sales and strengthen brand and customer loyalty,” said Shashi Seth, SVP, Oracle Marketing Cloud. “To help our customers take advantage of one of the world’s best marketing orchestration engines to meet increasing demands and maximize the return on marketing spend, we will continue to put Eloqua at the center of all marketing activities. Press Release
Oracle Cloud Gives Easy Access to Partner Solutions Partners and customers can now publish, find and launch business applications from Oracle Cloud console

Oracle OpenWorld, San Francisco, Calif.—Oct 21, 2018

Oracle Cloud gives easy access to partner solutions.

To help customers take advantage of its growing ecosystem of partner applications and solutions, Oracle today announced the inclusion of the Oracle Cloud Marketplace within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure console. The Oracle Cloud Marketplace is an online store for thousands of Oracle and partner-built business applications and services, including FireEye, HighJump, and ICS Financial Systems.

As part of this announcement, Oracle is delivering new ‘click to launch’ functionality directly within Oracle Cloud Marketplace allowing customers to quickly deploy turn-key applications and images via a Partner Image Catalog. With this addition, partners can easily get their technical and business solutions, including Fortinet Fortigate, Jenkins by Bitnami, and Check Point CloudGuard, into the hands of customers for development, test, pilot, and production deployments. End-users benefit from the simplicity and can easily find, learn about, and deploy applications directly from the console and launch pre-installed servers to their Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment in just a few clicks. What once took days and possibly weeks to do, can now be done in a matter of minutes.

“At Oracle, we continuously strive to make it easier for customers to explore, demo and launch applications in Oracle Cloud, whether they be innovative business applications from our growing ecosystem of partners or existing Oracle Applications”, said Kash Iftikhar, vice president of product and strategy, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. “The integration between Oracle Cloud Marketplace and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, leveraging our new Partner Image Catalog capabilities, further validates our commitment to both customers and partners, helping them easily deliver the best possible business solutions.”

To further promote discovery and learning, Oracle is enhancing the Oracle Cloud Jump Start program with the announcement of Jump Start Learning which offers anyone with a web browser, from beginner to advanced, instant access to self-paced, hands-on training modules for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. These offerings enable customers and partners to quickly and easily learn how to use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Partners can also use Jump Start Learning to create their own training modules for their solutions running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Customers continue to be pleased with the ability to demo partner and Oracle solutions via the Oracle Cloud Jump Start Demo Labs. Oracle partners are rapidly adding new Jump Start Demo labs providing customers the ability to get hands-on experience with Oracle partner-built solutions running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

    • "We are delighted to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with Fortinet products,” said John Maddison - SVP products and solutions at Fortinet. “Customers now have instant access to launch Fortinet solutions like our Fortigate next-generation firewall within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console. In just a few clicks customers can launch and use our award-winning firewall product in minutes."

    • “We’re excited to team up with Oracle to allow customers to easily launch solutions such as Jenkins and Redmine directly into their Oracle Cloud Infrastructure,” said Pete Catalanello, vice president of business development at Bitnami. “Oracle is also showing a strong commitment to the partner ecosystem by providing an easy way for end-users to learn about our solutions through Jump Start Learning.”

    • “Jump Start Learning labs are a great way to gain actual hands on experience on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform,” said Tom Morgan, Oracle Apps DBA manager at Darling Ingredients. “The labs are easy to use and a great learning tool. Having these labs available for our team will help in closing the skill gap and drive adoption. We expect to see a significant impact on our business as our teams are ramping up working on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and preparing for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate certification.”

Oracle Buys goBalto

Wed, 2018-10-17 07:00
Press Release
Oracle Buys goBalto Adds Leading Solution for Accelerating Clinical Trial Site Selection and Activation to Oracle Health Sciences Cloud

Redwood Shores, Calif.—Oct 17, 2018

Oracle today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire goBalto, which delivers leading cloud solutions to accelerate clinical trials by streamlining and automating the selection and set up of the best performing clinical research sites to conduct trials.

goBalto’s study startup solutions are activated at over 90,000 research sites across 2,000+ studies in over 80 countries to deliver significant savings to customers with over 30 percent quantifiable reduction in study startup cycle times.

Today, Oracle Health Sciences offers customers the industry's most advanced cloud solution for clinical trial planning, data collection, trial execution and safety management. goBalto adds the leading industry cloud solution that significantly reduces clinical trial startup time.  Together, Oracle and goBalto will provide the most complete end-to-end cloud platform dedicated to unifying action and accelerating results for the Life Sciences industry.

“Clinical trial site selection and activation is one of the most manual and time-consuming processes for our customers,” said Steve Rosenberg, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit. “Oracle Health Sciences is designed to provide the industry with the best end-to-end clinical trial experience and the addition of goBalto will further allow our customers to remove another barrier from delivering treatments to patients faster.”

“We set out on a mission to streamline the clinical trial study startup process ten years ago because we saw how untenable it was for pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations to track 1,000+ sites by 1,000+ specialists on spreadsheets,” said Jae Chung, Founder and President of goBalto.

“We are delighted to join forces with Oracle as the benefits offered to both our customers and employees as a broader clinical trial continuum are unparalleled in the industry,” said Sujay Jadhav, CEO of goBalto.

World’s First AI Smart Hives Network Helps Conserve Declining Global Honey Bee Populations

Tue, 2018-10-16 07:13
Press Release
World’s First AI Smart Hives Network Helps Conserve Declining Global Honey Bee Populations The World Bee Project and Oracle collaborate in extraordinary marriage between nature and technology

Data to be collected from an international network of connected smart hives, monitored and analysed with Oracle Cloud technology

London, UK—Oct 16, 2018

Oracle and The World Bee Project have announced a world-first approach to understanding the declines of honey bee populations and helping protect them. The new programme uses cloud technology to better understand honey bees, the world’s most important single species of pollinator in agricultural ecosystems. ‘The World Bee Project Hive Network’ will remotely collect data using a network of connected beehives. The data will then be fed into Oracle’s Cloud, which will use analytics tools including artificial intelligence (AI) and data visualisation, to give researchers new insights into the relationships between honey bees and their environments.

The World Bee Project Hive Network will allow researchers to ‘listen’ to the honey bees—analysing intricate acoustic data captured inside the smart hives, including the movement of bees’ wings and feet. Combined with other precision measurements—including temperature, humidity and honey yield—researchers will be able to closely monitor bee colonies, detecting patterns and predicting behaviours. This will enable conservationists and bee keepers to take action to protect colonies, such as preventing swarming at the wrong time of year or removing predators like the invasive Asian Hornet. The value of the data is in informing beekeepers of various different states of the colony throughout the year to aid colony management.

“Our lives are intrinsically connected to the bees,” said Sabiha Rumani Malik, Founder and Executive President at The World Bee Project CIC. “By protecting bees and other pollinators we can help solve problems with global food supply and poverty and reduce further loss of biodiversity and damage of ecosystems. Our partnership with Oracle Cloud is an extraordinary marriage between nature and technology. It will engage the public into caring more and more for pollinators, it will enable advanced research and, crucially, action on a scale previously impossible to achieve. The more we understand the relationships between pollination, food and human wellbeing, the more we can do to protect bees and pollinators—and help protect our planet and ourselves.”

The data and insights gained by using Oracle Cloud will be made available to research and conservation projects working to protect bees around the world. By sharing resources and fostering collaboration, The World Bee Project Hive Network initiative aims to multiply its impact and enable greater action to save bees.

“Technology is changing the game for conservation efforts,” said John Abel, Project Director, Oracle Cloud. “Using cloud-based technology, the World Bee Project is going to have a truly global, real-time view of bee population health for the first time. This will arm researchers with the information needed to work with governments and beekeepers to help reduce the decline in honey bee populations.”

The World Bee Project CIC partners with the University of Reading School of Agriculture, Policy and Development, one of the top 10 agriculture schools in the world. In future the partners hope to add the vision of bringing novel IT and knowledge to support ecological intensification.

About Bees

Pollinators are declining at an alarming rate; a serious concern given their importance to global food security:

  • Bees are responsible for pollinating one third of the global food supply
  • Of the 100 crop species that feed 90% of the world’s population, bees pollinate 70
  • England’s honey bees are vanishing faster than anywhere else in Europe, with a 54% decline between 1985 and 2005.

Research is showing that increasingly inhospitable conditions for bees is to blame for their decline—driven by loss of flower habitats, intensified farming methods, climate change and increased use of pesticides.

About the World Bee Project

The World Bee Project CIC is a global initiative addressing biodiversity loss, food insecurity, and poverty, through ecological intensification and pollinator restoration programs.

The aim of the World Bee Project Hive Network is to help inform and implement global actions to improve pollinator habitats, create more sustainable ecosystems, and improve food security, nutrition and livelihoods by establishing a globally-coordinated monitoring programme for honey bees and eventually for key pollinator groups.

Chegg Creates New Monetization Opportunities with Oracle Cloud

Mon, 2018-10-15 07:00
Press Release
Chegg Creates New Monetization Opportunities with Oracle Cloud Provider of digital services for students deploys Oracle Monetization Cloud to support flexible billing and revenue management, improve customer retention, and accelerate time to market

Redwood Shores Calif—Oct 15, 2018

Chegg, Inc., the Smarter Way to Student™, has deployed Oracle Monetization Cloud to enable innovative digital subscription services.

Chegg’s student-first, interconnected learning platform is transforming the way millions of students learn by reconnecting the link between learning and earning through tools and services that support students throughout their educational journey. Their mission is to help students save time, save money, and get smarter in order to improve the overall return on educational investment.

With Oracle Monetization Cloud, Chegg is able to offer students cross-product discounts, bundled services, free trials, and other pricing incentives to increase value to their student subscribers. The solution allows Chegg to reduce time to market for the introduction of new subscription products such as Chegg Math Solver, which went through configuration, testing and launch in just two weeks.

Chegg is also using Oracle Monetization Cloud to consolidate multiple products into a single bundle. Formerly, Chegg customers needed to buy separate subscriptions for each service –each with a separate bill. By supporting the new Chegg “Study Pack” Oracle Monetization Cloud empowers Chegg to simplify their operations, take advantage of cross-selling opportunities, and improve their subscribers’ experience of initiating and paying for their services.

“We were able to replace our homegrown billing system with Oracle Monetization Cloud in a matter of months, working closely with the Oracle Communications Consulting team to meet our projected launch date, to quickly offer students more value and a better experience” said Pritie Sharda, director of e-Commerce, at Chegg.

Oracle Monetization Cloud is integrated with Oracle NetSuite ERP to provide Chegg with a streamlined financial management solution.

“As businesses innovate to offer greater digital services, they require increasingly flexible monetization capabilities,” said Doug Suriano, senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Communications. “Chegg is leveraging Oracle Monetization Cloud to bring these services to market faster and provide a more appealing customer experience.”
